Our Story
Founded in 2003 by entrepreneur Ms. Ma. Charina “Chay” Garcia, CCI began with the successful Monte Brisa residential community in Rodriguez, Rizal. Over the years, we expanded with projects such as Vivienda, Fiorenza, Vallerosa Residences, and Altana Residences, always focusing on prime locations, masterplanning, and thoughtful design. Our flagship project, Amiya Raya, is a 56-hectare resort-style community in San Mateo, Rizal, offering spectacular views and investment opportunities for Filipinos seeking modern living close to the city.
